Scheduling Appointments

Quick and simple! 

New clients can access the calendar by navigating to the Client Portal and selecting the desired service, location, date and time; and then providing information about who will be attending. 


Clinical services are primarily offered through TeleHealth using the HIPAA-compliant version of Google Meet. Our therapists have limited in-person availability at our office in downtown Salem.

Cancellations


If you're unable to keep an appointment, please let your therapist know at least 24 business hours in advance in order to avoid being billed the full fee of the scheduled session. You can leave a message on our office voicemail by calling (503) 583-2121. Please be sure to include the name of your therapist and the date and time of the appointment you are canceling.
