Ever feel like you’re riding waves bigger than you can manage? Is the water that was once clear now murky, so you can’t see the bottom? There is something incredibly grounding about the stillness of a lake or a quiet, gentle river, or seeing the colorful fish or turtles in the ocean.
As a mental health professional, I partner with people just like you to learn which waves you really want to ride, how deep a lake you want to swim in, and how to navigate sneaker waves that come crashing out of nowhere. Together, we’ll use your unique strengths to untangle old habits, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and those around you.
My name is Jonielle and I use she/her pronouns. Life comes in waves of varying sizes and depths. I deeply understand the value of having someone navigate those waters alongside you — providing fresh perspectives, gentle accountability, and the support needed to smooth out the rough patches.
Services are offered through TeleHealth statewide in Oregon and Washington with in-person availability in my McMinnville office.

Together, we will move past the stories that leave you feeling like you are stuck or drowning and create a new, empowering narrative for your life.
